Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy across all online channels, with a focus on social media advertising, Google AdWords, and search engine optimization (SEO). She/He will work closely with the Marketing Director to align digital initiatives with the overall marketing objectives and drive profitable growth for the company and its sister brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Advertising

  • Manage all paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and messaging for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain and refresh design guidelines and systems consistently

Google AdWords Management

  • Oversee the company's Google AdWords account, including keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and budget allocation
  • Regularly review campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve cost-per-conversion and return on ad spend
  • Ensure adherence to Google best practices and policies

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve the company's organic search visibility and rankings
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page optimization opportunities.
  • Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly copy and assets.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and other SEO metrics to measure success

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including social ads, PPC, and SEO
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director and executive team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and present data-driven optimization strategies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Expertise in social media advertising, Google AdWords, and SEO
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing specialties
  • Experience with e-commerce or multi-brand digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of web development and content management systems
